Each member of an LSS team plays a vital role. Without them, the tasks and projects would be tenfold more difficult. It doesn’t matter if your Lean Six Sigma green or yellow belt is earned, you will always be valued and needed, but if you, as a student or professional, go for the green belt, more opportunities will open for you. At Lean Six Sigma Curriculum for El Paso High School Students of Texas, we offer Green Belt Training and Certification for every individual, company, or institution in the city or even state.
Our task starts by guiding you regarding which one is the best training to take. You might be new to Six Sigma and not sure what a belt is. It is simply a level that you can use to expand your training options. You will receive different training and preparation depending on which belt you choose. The roles that you can play within a company or projects you can start on your own will also vary.
A green belt is considered a medium-level. You learn the basics or go over them again and learn how Six Sigma works. You also learn about DMAIC. Then, you will focus on leadership skills and how to manage projects and work in a group.
Based on which LSS course you select, additional topics and elements may be added. This means that you should consider and choose the right company or experts from whom to learn.
Lean Six Sigma Curriculum Pros of El Paso provides all the support you need to become a belt-level expert. As we have mentioned, we can also help you learn more topics. We are very concerned about the quality of training, but we also take into account the time required to complete it.
We have considered quality, timeframe, and availability when deciding on the best way to train you: online or in person.
Why Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Each belt has its own benefits, depending on the information you learn and your level of experience with the methodology.
A yellow belt is an introduction and will allow you to meet the requirements for smaller roles such as data analyst. However, a green belt will help you achieve more leadership positions and add more value to your curriculum, so any high school student, college student, or professional has a clear advantage over other applicants.
When you’re choosing a belt, not just a green one, you should consider the benefits it will bring you and how it can help you achieve your personal goals and needs. But in this case, we want you to remember a yellow belt is mandatory to take a green belt.
Remember that the information you learn in training can be applied to other job areas, so Lean Six Sigma has more benefits than simply being able to work with a company that implements the methodology.
With that in mind, let’s examine why a greenbelt is the best choice and in what cases:
- You are looking to be a leader or for a job in leading and supervising a team.
- Learn how LSS works in your company and how to improve processes.
- Your Six Sigma expertise will not only add value to your curriculum, but it can also help you build a career.
- You want to get involved in more projects, strategies, and execution.
- Improve your problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Learn Six Sigma tools and other methods such as DMAIC.
It is important to remember that training is available not just for company employees but also for anyone interested in the methodology, even students. However, there are exceptions and a different outline.
This means that you don’t have to focus on the belt solely on how it will benefit the organization. Instead, you can look at the belt for your professional and personal growth.
The green belt offers a great way to increase both your career and personal potential without compromising your job opportunities. It also offers many benefits that a yellow belt does no, so we are confident you will want to go for it once you complete the first onet:
- An annual salary of $70,000 to $100,000.
- You can apply for leadership or involvement positions.
- Learn more about DMAIC or SIPOC.
What Can We Do to Help You?
Our role is to help you access green belt training and courses. We make it easy so that you can start and finish it quickly.
Our LSS Green Belt training can be done online or in person. We didn’t mention that you can also get certification from us after completing it.
Many Texas organizations are unable to issue certifications because of all the regulations and requirements they must meet. It is also difficult to manage this responsibility.
We understand that training is only 70% of the process. The certification you get is 30%. Without it, you will not be able to show your compliance or understanding of specific roles or add them to your curriculum.
We will assist you with both green belt training as well as certification. You must either take a course in our belt or with an expert, but you must also prove that you have completed the training.
Finally, you must pass an exam in order to receive the certification. We will issue your certificate within 24 to 48 hours after you have approved it.
You can rely on us to meet your needs. Our experts will be happy to help you until you are certified, and even after that, you’re welcome to come for some help anytime.
